Services
1. Service Description: Massage Express provides professional massage therapy services. All services are conducted by licensed and trained massage therapists.
2. Service Availability: Services are available at your location of choice, subject to availability and prior arrangement. We reserve the right to adjust our service areas as needed.
Appointments and Cancellations
1. Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly via phone or email. All bookings are subject to confirmation.
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of Ksh700 or 20% of the service charge.
3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling an appointment is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please contact us to arrange a new appointment time.
Payment
1. Fees: Service fees are variable depending with the massage type, treatment and any other service addons listed on our website and are subject to change. The final amount will be confirmed upon booking.
2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made by cash, mobile money, credit/debit card, or other methods as specified at the time of booking. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services rendered. In the event of a dispute, please contact us directly to resolve any issues.
Client Responsibilities
1. Health Information: Clients are required to inform us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to the massage. This ensures that we can tailor the service to your needs and avoid any potential issues.
2. Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff. Inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the session and potential refusal of future services.
Privacy and Confidentiality
1. Personal Information: We collect and use personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services. This information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
2. Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Liability
1. Liability Limitation: Massage Express is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur as a result of using our services, except as required by law. Clients are advised to consult with their physician prior to receiving massage therapy if they have any health concerns.
2. Insurance: We carry appropriate professional liability insurance. However, it is the client’s responsibility to verify their own insurance coverage for any potential claims.
Modifications
1. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Website: We make no guarantees about the availability or accuracy of information on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website or services.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Kenya.
